Alexis Meads is a Professional Coach, Relationship Mentor and Wellness Counselor. She is the founder of the Crazy Wild Love Academy, a seven-week program that helps women live with intention and joy. Alexis speaks regularly at Harvard and is a contributor to The Huffington Post, MariaShriver.com, The Beauty Bean, I Am That Girl and Good Men Project. She is a recognized member of the National Association of Professional Women. Meads received her Life Coaching Certification from Coach U and Wellness Counselor Certification at Kerala Ayurveda Academy. Before she began coaching, she received her Masters Degree at Harvard University.
When she’s not working with private clients or delivering online programs, Alexis can be found playing with her baby and two dogs, traveling with her husband or cooking with a glass of wine in hand.
